Influencers can organize their partnerships with dynamic management tools all in one place

July 13, 2020 – London, UK – CreatorPilot, the first influencer self-management platform, has officially launched providing social media influencers globally with a range of dynamic management tools all in one place. Regardless of the number of brands an influencer works with and the social media platforms used, CreatorPilot allows them to organize and manage their brand collaborations all in one place for the first time.

According to Business Insider, “the influencer marketing industry is on track to be worth up to $15 billion by 2022”. With more than 100 influencer marketplace platforms on the market, the potential for influencers to be overrun with brand collaborations has never been greater. A critical problem that many influencers have is coordinating these valuable partnerships with brands due to ineffective tools not designed for their unique management workflow.

“Managing multiple campaigns with different goals and deliverables is challenging and exciting, but it’s also a lot of administrative work that chews up my creative force,” Michelle Ferreri, an influencer who partners with multiple brands each month, said when asked about managing her brand partnerships. “CreatorPilot is a critical tool for efficiency.”

CreatorPilot is an influencer specific project management tool and invoicing platform. Influencers can quickly assemble, organize and monitor their brand partnerships while receiving automated notifications for upcoming due dates. In addition, it allows them to send and track multiple invoices for each partnership with automated payment reminders sent to the brand, helping influencers get paid on time more often.

“Each influencer is a small [or quite large] business, yet as these businesses grow, they are left to piece together a management process with tools that generally aren’t designed for their specific needs,” Alex Gastle, founder of CreatorPilot explained. “To me, that doesn’t make sense for a multi-billion-dollar industry in 2020.”

Rather than the common influencer discovery or marketplace platform, CreatorPilot eliminates the need for influencers to utilize various tools, apps and planners to manage their brand collaborations.

“Before investing hard earned marketing dollars in an influencer, many brands don’t ask ‘what processes and tools do you use to manage all of your brand collaborations?’, if they did, the answer might shock them,” Gastle said.
